IMPORTANT - Delivery and Returns

Please read carefully.

When you reach checkout, you will be asked to select a delivery date. This delivery date is an estimate. It is very important to select a delivery date in advance to your celebrations.
We recommend A WEEK before to avoid disappointment should any issues occur.
Once your order has been processed, it will then be booked in for shipping. We have daily collections from Royal Mail and DPD.
Tracking will be sent to you with your dispatch email. You may also receive a text or email from the courier with a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. 
If your order is over 2kg, it may be helpful to download the DPD app, you can then track with ease or re-arrange delivery if it's not convenient.
Postage is calculated by weight NOT speed, and is charged as follows -
Under 2kg - £3.99 (Royal Mail 24hr tracked, 48hr tracked or DPD Next Day with Tracking.
Over 2kg - £4.99 (DPD Next Day Service with Tracking).
FREE Delivery On orders over £100.
The specific delivery date you select is not 100% guaranteed.
Occasionally we hit very busy periods, and this sometimes means orders may be slightly delayed.
Couriers are also very busy, and although a parcel is booked and scheduled, sometimes they may be delayed in transit.
It is very rare that our parcels arrive damaged or get lost on route, however if they do, booking in advance means any issues can be resolved before the event takes place.
During extreme weather conditions (heatwaves or severe ice and snow), we will postpone courier collections until the next suitable date. This is too avoid damage during transit.

Cancellation Policy -
We accept cancellations providing your order has not been completed. A full refund will be given. If your order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel.
We offer the highest form of customer service, and will always help and assist to the best of our ability. We will not tolerate ANY form of abuse, or harassment. Behaviour of this kind will result in immediate order cancellation.
