Delivery and Returns

When you reach checkout, you will be asked to select a delivery date. It is very important to select a delivery date in advance to your celebrations.We recommend a week before to avoid disappointment should any issues occur.Each order is made fresh, and will last approx. 8 weeks.The specific delivery date you select is not 100% guaranteed, but tracking will be sent to you.Occasionally we hit very busy periods, and this sometimes means orders may be slightly delayed.Couriers are very busy, and although a parcel is booked and scheduled, sometimes they may be delayed in transit.It is very rare that our parcels arrive damaged or get lost on route, however if they do, booking in advance means any issues can be resolved before the event takes place.Please do not book delivery for the date of the party, or one or two days before.A lot of love goes into making EVERY order, so please order in advance :)Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please don't contact us regarding your order, once it's left our studio, it's the couriers responsibility to delivery your order safely.
Our Returns Policy.We do not accept returns as each product is personally made to order, and cannot be resold.Refunds will only be issued if approved by management, and will only be considered if the item is faulty.Replacements may be offered subject to availability.
